H aving officially released their integration with Current RMS in 2019, TeamTrack have unveiled new updates designed to streamline the process of scheduling people and transportation onto jobs even further.
How does the integration work?
Once set up in TeamTrack, it automatically pulls through information from Current RMS.
- No need to enter data twice - TeamTrack syncs your services and bookable resources from Current RMS.
- When a service is added to an opportunity in Current RMS, it automatically appears in TeamTrack so you can start scheduling your staff straightaway.
- The integration is 2-way; anyone that’s scheduled in TeamTrack is fed back into Current RMS, ensuring your system allocations are up-to-date.
- Through TeamTrack’s management platform, you can send out work requests, generate call sheets, and manage hours worked.
The stock management within Current RMS talking to the people management within TeamTrack is everything I need. The fact that the integration is two-way is particularly useful in that I can move allocated staff or change event timings in either platform without needing to worry about it. I have only been using both for a few months and I already can't imagine going back.
