Signing Up
No you don't, you can signup for your free 30 day trial without providing card details, all we need is a bit of contact information to allow you to login.
There is no service agreement or additional support cost for Current RMS, the price of the product includes full support and training.
Current RMS, like many cloud-based companies, makes data security a priority, utilizing advanced technology for internet security. When accessing Current, your data is protected using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring it’s always secure and only available to registered users in your organization.
All upgrades and new features are automatically updated in all Current RMS users systems, we never charge for new updates, this is all part of the package.
Your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of your free 30 day trial if card details are not provided. If you wish to cancel your system prior to this date, you can easily do this via System Setup > Close my Account.
Yes you can, simply click on System Setup > Billing Information and select the red button 'Switch to Annual Plan'. If you are still unsure, please don't hesitate to contact our Product Specialists.
You most certainly can. It’s really easy, all you need to do is click on System Setup > Users and add or reduce your user count accordingly. Please note, if you add any additional users to your account part-way through the month or year, a pro rata’d amount will be added to your next annual or monthly invoice.
Absolutely everything! As long as you've got an Internet connection you can access Current on any device and operating system. The UI is fully responsive so it looks great on anything, from a desktop to a smartphone.
If you join our annual plan we offer a discount of 12 months for the price of 11.

Current has a very easy import and export data process where you can bulk upload vital data like your contacts and products via CSV spreadsheets. You will be notified by email once the upload is completed.
Yes you can! Current allows you to create barcodes that you can print and stick to your items so you can quickly book out and check in your products. We can also help you create customizable barcode labels, just like we can customize any other document layout within Current.
You can very quickly create a quote from any device and location with Current RMS and instantly get this sent out to your customer as a link in an email, PDF document or via our handy online quote approval feature - enabling you to work faster and improve your service levels.
Current is built entirely in the cloud so you can work on quotes and orders whilst on the move, simultaneously with other members of staff, wherever your location. As long as you’ve got an Internet connection.
Custom Fields are a powerful feature of Current that allow you to create your own fields, drop down boxes and multi select lists, and assign them to any module of Current, whether it's an organization, Product or even an Invoice.
Current RMS provides a list of default document layouts, ready for you to access when you sign up. However, the system also provides powerful functionality to allow you to customize, create and change all of your document layouts. The Product Specialists are at hand to help create these documents for you.

Yes we do! Our product overview video outlines key features within Current RMS and walks through the rental cycle from inquiry to invoicing. To access this, you will need to sign up for the free 30 day trial. You will be prompted to watch the video when you first access the system but it can also be found at the bottom of each screen in Current RMS under the ‘Learn’ heading.
