Extended Scheduler For Services
When adding services to an opportunity, you can break down their schedule using the extended scheduler.
If you head to System Setup > Preferences and scroll to Opportunity Settings, you will have the option to turn the Extended Service Item Schedule on.
When turned on, you can edit the specific service line items and break them down into specific date and times for each scheduled activity (Prep, Travel, Setup, In Use, etc.)
