Service Booking Improvements

We have made a number of releases to improve service bookings, including priority rankings for bookable resources and enhancements to the iCal functionality.

To add a priority ranking to your bookable resources, you can head into the bookable resource’s profile. If you click into the pencil icon and scroll down, you will see the priority ranking selection. Make your selection and scroll to save the changes.

This priority ranking will now be applied to your bookable resource.
